Mark C. Grasson

Died April 28, 2008

Financial analyst, Sterling

 

Mark C. Grasson, 46, of Sterling, a financial analyst for Boeing Corp., died April 28 at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Lansdowne.

Mr. Grasson was born March 14, 1962, in Fort Sill, Okla., to Rose Grasson, currently of Huntsville, Ala., and the late Eugene Grasson.

He worked as a financial analyst for Boeing Corp. for more than 10 years. He also was a charter member of Our Lady of Hope's Knights of Columbus in Potomac Falls, serving as past Grand Knight and past Faithful Navigator. He was enrolled in the Arlington Diocese Permanent Diaconate Formation Program.

Mr. Grasson was preceded in death by a daughter, Nicole Grasson.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Sherry Grasson of Sterling; a daughter, Kristin "Boo Bear" Grasson; a brother, Keven Grasson, of Huntsville, Ala.; and a sister, Gail Johnson of Hendersonville, Tenn.

Mr. Grasson was buried in Sterling Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent to Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church for the holy family scene, which will be dedicated to Mr. Grasson's memory. The church's address is 46639 Algonkian Parkway, Potomac Falls, VA 20165.

Arrangements were by Adams-Green Funeral Home of Herndon.
