A free seminar: "Stress & Your Health" is being offered Sunday October 26th from 1 to 4 pm at the Fairfax County Government Center Board Auditorium, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax VA 22035.
A doctor and patient, Jonathan Gilbert & Elly Brosius, team up to lead a conversation on stress and health, community and happiness, and re-establishing mind-body harmony through art, contemplation, attitude and gratitude. His medicine embraces what has happened to a person over the whole of his or her life. Her stories tell of survival, new thriving after wear and tear of stresses big and small.
