Heritage leads Park View in Dulles girls’ tennis final

The Heritage Pride won four of six singles matches and held a 4-3 advantage over Park View when the Dulles District girls’ tennis tournament final was suspended by darkness May 2 with two doubles matches remaining to be completed.

The match will be resumed May 7. Both teams have secured berths into the Region II tennis tournament. Park View earned a region spot as the Dulles regular season champion, and Heritage punched its ticket to regionals by advancing to the Dulles tourney final.

Meleah Nassar, Annie Replogle, Michelle Rudman and Minh Bui earned singles wins for the Pride. Megan Brown and Thuy Nguyen were singles winners for the Patriots.
