TMG gets contract

Lufthansa German Airlines has awarded the contract to build its upscale Senator and Business lounges at Washington Dulles International Airport to TMG Construction Corp., based in Purcellville. TMG Construction is a leading aviation builder with five offices in Northern Virginia.

For Lufthansa’s status customers, a two-story luxury club will provide amenities at Gates B-49 and B-51. The Senator Lounge will be on the departure level, while the Business Lounge is on ground-floor level. The two lounges will be connected by an elegant open curved stairway with stainless steel and glass hand railing.

TMG broke ground July 24 and will complete the project for a special unveiling event Dec. 11.
