A winner on Goodwin Court
Are you easily deceived? You will be with this one. This home looks small from the outside, but you'll forget you ever thought that as soon as you step inside.
The foyer is an expanse of space opening into wide hallways and the dining and formal living room. The dining room is to the left of the entrance. Crown molding and chair rails accent the walls, and a bay window at the front of the house affords an abundance of light. A granite-countertop dry bar, perfect for entertaining, rests just outside the room.
