Second BeanTree opens

BeanTree Learning, which opened its first campus in Ashburn in January 2005, has opened its second campus in the Westfields/Chantilly area, just off Route 28. According to owner Jennifer Bower, the waiting list at the Ashburn location is lengthy and she expects demand at the new facility to be just as great. New restaurants in eastern Loudoun

Mimi's Cafe has recently opened at 21015 Dulles Town Circle in Sterling, a restaurant serving traditional fare with a New Orleans decor, with vibrant colors and jazzy art.

Also, Vapiano, a European-style “pasta pizza bar,” will open in the Dulles Town Center on Nov. 30. This is the restaurant's third location; there is a Vapiano in Washington, D.C., and in Ballston.

New hotel in Dulles to open

The Wichita, Kansas-based hospitality development and management firm, LodgeWorks L.P., kicks off a new brand, Hotel Sierra, with the opening of a 162-room Hotel Sierra Washington Dulles at 45520 Dulles Plaza in Sterling.
