New retail center to open Nov. 19
Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Companies, both of North Bethesda, Md., will hold a ribbon cutting on Nov. 19 of the new lifestyle retail center located at Dulles 28 Centre, a 300-acre master planned development at the interchange of Route 28 and Waxpool Road at Pacific Blvd. In addition to the existing Wegmans Food Market and recently opened Target, the center will add more than 30 new stores and restaurants, including:- Petco

- Moby Dick – House of Kabob

- PNC and Chevy Chase banks
- Hair Cuttery
- Leisure Fitness

- Coldstone Creamery
