'Remain dedicated to building a better future for Leesburg'

My wife, Rita, and I would like to express our gratitude to all of you who supported my campaign for Leesburg Town Council. Thank you for your time, unflagging encouragement, and assistance.

I benefited richly from this campaign, renewed acquaintances, and made many new friends. I stood on hundreds of doorsteps throughout Leesburg, learned firsthand about what makes our town a special place, and listened closely to what residents had to say about their hopes and aspirations for an improved community. I am committed now more than ever to preserving the historical heritage and quality of life that have made Leesburg unique.

I regret that I will not be serving you and our town as a council member this term. But I remain dedicated to building a better future for Leesburg.

Finally, I congratulate Mayor Kristen Umstattd, and Council Members-elect Dave Butler, Kathryn Hammler, and Tom Dunn on their election and well-run campaigns. I know that they, too, care deeply about Leesburg, and I wish them the best.

Frank Holtz
